How Do The Party Kits Work?Our Sweet Surprise Party Kits can be used as a Birthday Gift for your little one or even as Party Favors for your guests with a special birthday box for the Birthday Girl! You can click our shop page to take a look at all of the options we have available for you! Whether your party is for a Sleepover, Pool Party, Spa Themed, just let us know during check out and we will make sure to create a special surprise that is fitting for your theme. We also offer our Oversized Plushie option that is perfect for a Birthday Girl Surprise! There is an additional comments section under each party kit, you can write your details inside or you can email us with your info!

Will I get the Party Kit box displayed on the website?The Party Kit box does come with your purchase. However, if you happen to have a product order, these will come in a small box or a poly mailer.

Can my child write their name on their box?Yes, we created this box so that it could be used over and over again! Guests and Birthday Girls are able to write their name on the inside of their box! If you would like for us to write the names on the inside of the box, please let us know by including it in your additional comments section or emailing us at info@sweetsurprisekit.com.

Can I add the party kits to my Sleepover Party Rental as well?Of course! If you are a Sweet Dreams Party Rental Party Mom and are interested in using this as an add on. You can email us at info@sweetdreamsparty.com to add these party kits to your sleepover order!

I see that you all are located in Jacksonville, FL. Can I pick up my party kit instead?Yes you may pick up your party kit instead of paying for shipping! Email us at info@sweetsurprisekit.com and we will give you information on how to pick up and also avoid the shipping fees during checkout.

My Daughters Party is coming this week. Is it too late to order?This answer would depend on where you are located and how soon we are able to get these items processed. Please email us at info@sweetsurprisekit.com and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Where is my tracking information?To locate your tracking information. Please check your inbox as this is automatically emailed to our customers. In the event, that you are unable to locate it in your inbox. Please check your spam folder as well. You can always email us at info@sweetsurprisekit.com and we will resend your tracking information.

I want to return my party kit. What do I do?Email us at info@sweetsurprisekit.com to receive a tracking label. Please remember that the items must be returned within 3 business days of receiving your package. Once you have received your return tracking label, you can place your label on your box and you can drop off your box at a local UPS store.

Return PolicyIf you are not entirely happy with your Sweet Surprise Kit, you may return it to Sweet Surprise Party Kit within 3 business days of your purchase. All returned Sweet Surprise Kit Offers must be unused, in their original packaging and in new and sellable condition. Sweet Surprise Kit will refund the purchase price back to the credit card you used, less a USD$5.00 restocking fee. Refunds may take up to ten business days to process. Return shipping and handling are free when you contact Sweet Surprise Kit Customer Care and use the return label that we provide. We will not refund original shipping charges unless an error on our part caused the return. Because of the limited quantities of Sweet Surprise Kit Offers, there will be no exchanges.

Can I exchange my party kit for a product instead of returning it?You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under ‘Info to Display.’

My Personalized item was incorrect. What do I do?Hello there, The personalized names are based on the name given to us during checkout. Personalized items will not be refunded or corrected in the event that you misspelled the name on your order form. Your order form is also the best place to confirm that everything is correct with your order! If you notice an error before the items have been processed, please email us immediately and we will make sure to correct this for you! Please make sure to double check the information given. If our Party Kit Team notices a possible error, we will email you with more questions to confirm!

When Will My Order Ship?During Launch Week (7/5/22-7/10/22), Orders will be shipped within 4-5 weeks. All orders placed by 10am EST ship within 3 business days. For domestic shipments (Continental USA), please allow 2-6 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. If you are interested in expedited shipments, please email us at info@sweetsurprisekit.com. After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order!

Do you ship internationally?Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. However, we will begin our International journey soon!

What are your shipping costs?Continental USA shipping and handling is a flat fee of $15-$20 depending on your purchase. You will receive free USA shipping for orders over $150.

How do I track my order?After your order ships, you'll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order. Please remember that during Launch Week (7/5/22-7/10/22) processing orders may take longer than expected!

How can I change my shipping address?If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order we will do our best to change your address. Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please email us at info@sweetsurprisekit.com with your order number if you believe your package won't arrive to you.
